Booster

Booster

Product description

Ensuring balanced output voltages during the start of load motors demands specialised electronics. These electronics enable motors to start swiftly, allowing machines to effortlessly manage momentary overloads.

A Booster converter exhibits the capability to power multiple machines, irrespective of the diversity in controls and starters they may employ. Digital instruments integrated into the system offer precise information regarding output voltage and current.

Product specifications

The supply voltage is 240V single phase, with an optional 480V split-phase supply available. The three-phase output voltages are 415V for all machinery equipped with motors. Maintaining a 120-degree phase separation, the pure sine waves ensure optimal performance.

When selecting a converter, the kW range should accommodate the simultaneous operation of all motors, with a minimum capacity at least 20% larger than the most substantial load motor.
Booster power options span 3kW, 4kW, 6kW, 8kW, 12kW, 16kW, 24kW, 32kW, and 40kW.

The converter boasts a continuous power duty cycle of 100%, sustaining continuous full load.
During motor startups, the Booster delivers robust momentary power of up to 300%.
The inclusion of rugged thyristors and high-voltage capacitors ensures an extended operational lifetime. Notably, our smart controllers are globally supplied to other converter manufacturers.

For CNC machines or sensitive inverters see the MultiPhase converter.

Compact dimensions of 800 x 410 x 370 mm enhance versatility in installation.
