The MultiPhase converter can supply power to machines including CNC and those with large VFDs. It recognises starting motors and generates the correct currents to accelerate a motor fast. The difference between Booster and MultiPhase is that a MultiPhase contains extra electronics to keep the output voltages precisely controlled at all loads. Select a MultiPhase converter that has the output capacity in kW of all motors running or at least 20% above the largest motor.
Product specifications
Two version are for a supply voltages of 230 V single-phase or 460V split-phase. Both versions accept 400V two-phase. Output voltages are precisely controlled for all machines equipped with motors or with voltage sensitive VFDs/VSDs or CNC inverters. Correct phase separation and pure sine waves ensure the best performance of machines. The full load duty cycle is 100%. Digital instruments show output voltages and currents. Versions are 8kW, 12kW, 16kW, 24kW and 32kW.
MultiPhase supplies additional power until a load motor reaches full speed. The controller keeps the output voltage symmetrical within + - 4%, this is important for CNC machines and inverters.
